We provide a host of accounting and tax services for Ontario Realtors as well as help get them set up with a Personal Realty Corporation (PREC) if they wish.    Although we know real estate accounting thoroughly, each realtor has a unique situation of their own which we take the time to understand.  If an immediate tax return is needed or a PREC setup, there is an upfront cost - otherwise all a collection of the services below are bundled together at one monthly fee set cost-efficiently based on your needs!  And in the age of Covid, we are able to perform all of these services remotely from Muskoka.

Who We Serve
What We Do

INCORPORATION

We work with you and our preferred legal professionals to get your PREC prepared, set up, and registered.  Our team can your PREC estalished quickly and easily and will provide all the documentation needed to get you started. 

MONTHLY TRANSACTION TRACKING

We use the latest cloud based software to track your monthly income and expenses, keep your accounts balanced, and ensure government filings such as HST are performed on-time.

TAX-FILING FOR SELF-EMPLOYED

We prepare and file your T1 personal tax returns including the T2125 Statement of Business Activities.  We will also file tax returns for immediate family if desired (recommended for spouses).

CORPORATE TAX

For those with PRECs, we will complete and file your T2 corporate tax return.  We assist in strategies for removing money for personal use and saving tax, then complete any T4s, T5s and personal T1 tax returns as necessary. 

FIXED MONTHLY FEES

We understand that Realtors and Brokers earn their living making commissions.  Surprise fees or uncertain costs make life hard in this line of work.  We work on a fixed fee system so you know your costs precisely.
